This Privacy Policy explains how Appxiom Spark LLC ("Appxiom", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our websites, mobile apps and related services (the "Services").
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address and login details you provide when you create an account.
- Content you provide: information you enter into our apps, such as trip preferences, saved places or messages to support.
- Purchase information: details of subscriptions and purchases. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment providers (Stripe, Apple, Google); we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage and device information: app interactions, device type, operating system, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and crash and performance data.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate and improve the Services, including AI features that generate content from your inputs.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions and prevent fraud.
- To communicate with you about your account, purchases, updates and support requests.
- To analyze usage, fix problems and keep the Services secure.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Services, under contracts that limit their use of it, including:
- Payment processors and app stores (Stripe, Apple, Google).
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers (for example Google Cloud and Cloudflare).
- AI model providers (for example Anthropic) that process your inputs to generate responses.
- Analytics and crash reporting providers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
4. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax or accounting purposes.
5. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email hello@appxiom.co. You can also delete your account from within our apps where available.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
8. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
