Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, mobile apps and related services (the "Services") provided by Appxiom Spark LLC ("Appxiom", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Services.

2. Subscriptions and payments

• Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices and billing periods are shown before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period.
• Purchases made on our website are processed by Stripe, which may act as the reseller or merchant of record and may handle sales tax or VAT. Purchases made in our mobile apps are processed by Apple or Google and are also subject to their terms.
• We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

3. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a website purchase, contact hello@appxiom.co within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith. Where required by law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by breaking the law, infringing others' rights, attempting to access systems without permission, interfering with the Services, or using them to generate unlawful or harmful content.

5. AI-generated content

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate content such as itineraries, summaries or suggestions. This content may be inaccurate or out of date. Verify important information, such as opening hours, prices and travel requirements, before relying on it.

6. Intellectual property

The Services and their content, design and software belong to Appxiom or its licensors. You keep ownership of content you submit, and you grant us a license to use it only to operate and improve the Services.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Appxiom is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where your local consumer law gives you additional rights.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
